Ambiance: Very casual diner experience that was really cute and retro inside. Not a lot of tables, but there was also a bar top with stool seating. Service: Attentive, friendly, and fast. Lots of regulars came in and they automatically knew their orders. Food: The cup of gumbo was so much larger than I anticipated. I would not have ordered this had I known the size. I'm not sure if it had any seafood in it, since I couldn't taste or see any of them, but it was still hearty and delicious. The bison burger was good, but a bit dry for my taste, so I added a bunch of condiments to it. I asked what the buffalo chips were, which are potatoes with Cajun/buffalo style seasoning that's slightly spicy, so I opted for that and it was worth it, since they didn't have curly fries in stock. Overall I'd come back again, but maybe ask for the burger to be cooked medium rare, if that were an option. It seemed like a nice, friendly place to have good food with friends

Fair warning--come hungry if you're ordering the pancake! The portion is massive. This place has a great, fun vibe, and even with a party of six, our wait time wasn't too long. If you haven't tried reindeer sausage yet, this is the place to do it--it was delicious. A breakfast spot that truly delivers, we arrived hungry and left completely satisfied, ready to take on the day. Plus, it's not too far from Eielson AFB if you're there looking for a place to eat.

We stopped here for the brunch/lunch while visiting North Pole. Nice little place full of witty vintage-y signs on the walls. We had a vegetarian burger, A fish sandwich with a side of fries, chips and cottage cheese. Food was good here, especially the buffalo chips. Service was quick and people were friendly here.

OMG what a cute little diner!!! my cousin brought me here the last day i was here for breakfast (came here around 10am) and it was pretty packed! there's only about a handful of tables (maybe 8 on each side) but plenty of parking space. we luckily got a table as soon as we came in. our waitress was super quick and efficient. we got the pancake, omelette and soup, hot chocolate. the portions are absolutely HUGE!!! so worth the price. i was glad i was able to try reindeer sausage while i was out here. taste wise, it's your typical diner food but honestly the ambiance makes up for it. i hear they're closing which is sad since it is family business so definitely go while you still can!

Can't say enough good things about this wee restaurant in North Pole. The restaurant is clean and has well kept tables. It is such a fun place to hang out and read every sign on the wall! The service was impeccable and so friendly. We had a burger and two breakfast dishes. All were served hot and delicious. The burger was juicy and had fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The fries were perfectly fried. Meat Lovers Omelette and Wild Alaska Skillet were both cooked to perfection with a side of crispy hash browns and toast. Both included loads of cheese, bison and reindeer sausage. All in all so highly recommended and would come back in a hot second.

Great mom and pop style dinner. They servings are generous as well as delicious. The best sears are at the counter. It's a no frills but plenty of sass kind of hangout. Really enjoyed the decor as much as the food. Servers and cook were great! So helpful and kept the coffee as well as water coming.

Our original plan fell through and found this place instead. Upon entry, it was definitely busy but hostess was very nice to keep providing updates on time/table. Looks like they are a neighborhood favorite as everyone comes in large groups with their family. I ordered a club deluxe which the portion is huge and tons of French fries. Definitely worth the price and the food is good. It's traditional breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches. The staff is very nice and friendly. Would recommend stopping here if you're visiting the North Pole Santa House.

Great value! It was busy but they move quick and are friendly. The French fries stood out as being super good. It's a small place, so it can be a little packed, but that is part of its charm. Parking is easy and right out front. A great place to eat at after seeing Santa at the North Pole!

A cute lil mom and pop style diner that reminded me of east coast vibes. Its a small place but makes it cozy. Menu is simple but straightforward and they make the food fast. Has breakfast options and the basic diner classics. The staff were super warm and welcoming and attentive. I got a diner classic of patty melt and fries, came out hot and fresh and was a good juicy patty melt. Curly fries were crispy and hot. The food was delicious and for the cost I was happy with the big portion size, solid value. Overall I thought this place was a nice surprise all the way up in north pole alaska.
